Uptown Action is picking up trash and spending time  with neighbors, helping to keep Uptown beautiful, safe, and connected.

We started monthly trash pick ups at a single site in the summer of 2023. Since then, we have expanded to locations across Uptown, with a team of amazing site captains, regular attendees, and collaborations with local elected officials, block clubs, and neighborhood groups. 

While monthly trash pick ups are our main events, our main goal is to create a sense of community with your neighbors. If you are interested in joining the organizing team and have ideas to contribute, please get in contact!
